Product availability & quantities: We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or service offered. All offers are subject to availability, and we may discontinue any product at any time.

Product descriptions & accuracy: We make every effort to display product attributes accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are completely error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our return policy.

Order Acceptance

All orders placed through www.auramart.co.ke constitute an offer to purchase. After you submit an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email; however, this does not signify our acceptance of your order. AuraMart reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason (including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms).

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, AuraMart Kenya, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our products, services, or website. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the liability.
