Provide the following:

- 3️⃣ Photos of defective item
- 4️⃣ Description of issue
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refunds are issued to original payment method
- Processing takes up to 10 working days from approval
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized / customized items
- Opened sealed goods
- Beauty / personal care items
- Hazardous materials
